Job Summary
Conduct daily picking and restocking of Magic: The Gathering singles, ensuring alignment between physical and digital inventory. Prepare, inspect, and pack orders while handling special customer requests, notes, and product returns. Operate card sorting machines, order verification systems, and warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols. Perform regular quality assurance checks and audits in the proprietary inventory system, sorting cards by set and title multiple times daily. Create, pick, and ship products to retail locations, manage incoming product releases, and provide excellent service to vendors and internal departments. Work onsite in Monroe, WA, in a warehouse setting with a full-time, unionized schedule of 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in electronic inventory management systems and MS Office suite
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven attention to detail, with experience in performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive work attitude and a self-competitive mindset to constantly aim for improved performance
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic warehouse environment and the willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
- Manual dexterity with consistent fine finger manipulation
- The capacity to stand and work on hard surfaces for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
- Frequent wrist flexion/extension in repetitive motions
- Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting at waist may be required
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Capability to apply up to 40 lbs. of lateral force occasionally
- Willingness to learn and adhere to established Card Kingdom grading standards
- Possess the ability to be decisive within established norms
- Able to learn from mistakes and not dwell on them
- Strong visual acuity
- Must be able to work in a sedentary role
- Proficient 10-key skills
