Job Summary
Ops Specialist responsible for inventory management, compliance with ATF/OSHA and internal safety policies, receiving and inventory control, audits, and supporting e-commerce orders and layaways. Drives store performance through merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and adherence to firearm-related regulations; collaborates with leadership to maintain supplies and conduct case audits while ensuring a safe, compliant, high-performing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience (specialty retail preferred)
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
