Job Summary
Manage maintenance scheduling workflows for all commercial vehicles and build a rolling 30-day service schedule to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, inspections, and assets while conducting monthly vehicle inspections across all entities. Perform minor vehicle maintenance, consult repair shops for repair alternatives, and manage vendor contracts to optimize costs and warranty protections. Track all maintenance repairs using Fleetio software and develop policies for vehicle use. Update registration processes and insurance documents timely. Full-time position in Stockton with a starting pay of $72,604.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day
- Ability to walk with items in hand
- Ability to grasp and reach as needed
- Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in an office environment
