: Operations Specialist/Global Equity Clearing and Settlements

Operations Specialist responsible for the monitoring and oversight of daily settlements within CDS/DTC/Foreign, applying AI tools to identify patterns and automation opportunities; lead modernization initiatives and align controls with internal and external audit; act as key contact for daily production issues/escalation and provide monthly metrics to senior management. Develop team members to settle trades with AI-enabled processes, ensure proper resourcing and coverage, and continuously review procedures with training and audit-ready documentation. Manage reconciliations, advise on implications of platform changes, escalate complex issues to senior management, and uphold regulatory and risk controls while delivering high-quality customer service and cross-team collaboration.
