Operations Specialist

Perform daily trade reconciliations, position monitoring, P&L attribution, and cash/cost reconciliation across multiple asset classes; investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and corporate action events; analyse end-to-end processes, map business logic and data flows, and design improved solutions using Python/SQL; leverage AI-assisted development tools to build and maintain automated reconciliation, reporting, and control workflows; manage data pipelines for accuracy and timeliness; assist onboarding of counterparties and market connectivity including SSI setup; contribute to APAC delivery of global technology and process improvement projects; monitor operational risk and participate in root-cause analysis and remediation.
