Job Summary
Clean and detail a high volume of cars inside and out to meet Flexcar standards, then assess vehicle quality and damage using technology. Communicate with team members via smart device while completing readiness checklists, infleet inspections, and daily inventory scans. Take consistent high-quality images for the website and manage vehicle inventory by organizing parking lots and labeling cars. Address issues with vehicles to return them to customers quickly and assist the order delivery team as needed. Maintain all facilities to company standards and work on special projects managing timelines and stakeholders. Work outdoors in a customer-centric environment, carrying tools up to 50 lbs., with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
- Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
- At least 18 years old
