Job Summary
The Operations Specialist performs hands-on vehicle and inventory tasks at a Flexcar market location, including cleaning and detailing a high volume of cars, assessing vehicle quality with company tools, capturing high-quality images for the website, and conducting daily inventory scans. The role involves completing readiness and inflleet inspections, labeling and organizing vehicle storage, assisting with delivery operations, and managing various small-to-medium projects with deadlines and stakeholders. Strong multitasking, time management, and teamwork in a customer-focused, outdoor environment are essential, along with comfort using a company smartphone for task management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in outdoor or field operations is a plus
