Operations Specialist

Operate grain and agronomy facilities at Five Star Cooperative: receive grain, maintain grain conditions, measure and track grain and agronomy inventory, load and unload bulk and packaged fertilizer and chemicals, assist with distribution of seed, fertilizer, and CPP products to growers, and maintain equipment. Maintain dust levels, perform basic grain handling, read work orders and maps, and drive/deliver as required. Build strong customer relations through direct interaction with customers and maintain compliance with cooperative policies and credit policies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL (Class A) with DOT physical card, certification to grade grain, and proficiency in Word/Excel; strong communication and customer service skills; agronomy knowledge preferred.
