Job Summary

Coordinate and resolve distributor and parent account order/service issues, manage urgent order requests, assess service requests, analyze billing and AR issues, and facilitate system access for accounts. Maintain accurate customer data, oversee onboarding, support customer and distributor order management, assist with price changes, monitor systemic orders, and liaise between plants, distributors, and customer service. Proficient in Salesforce and Excel; strong cross-functional collaboration with senior account managers and cross-team stakeholders. Hybrid on-site/off-site work in Ogden, UT.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • strong coordination and communication skills with senior account manager, distributor and customer relationships
  • ability to learn and work with various systems (Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
  • proven problem-solving and analytical skills for urgent orders and AR handling
  • ability to maintain customer data, onboarding processes, and pricing/support processes
