Job Summary
Write, update, and train Standard Operating Procedures while upholding quality standards by tracking metrics and guiding the business on quality control issues. Analyze feedback to propose actions, create reporting, and drive continuous improvement of efficiency and quality within the team. Manage workload to meet individual Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and business objectives for the Offshore Business Operations Team in Employee Health and Benefits. Coordinate projects and disseminate information to leverage best practices for operational excellence. Maintain a basic understanding of relevant Insurance and related legislation to support firm growth and success.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Three years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry
- Highly effective written/verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
