Job Summary
Execute operational procedures, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensure store readiness across assigned locations. Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies while coaching new team members and reinforcing operational best practices through daily execution. Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and stock organization to reduce waste and ensure accuracy. Resolve customer concerns professionally and model exceptional service to uphold brand standards. Monitor operations to identify efficiency improvements and communicate concerns to store leadership. This developmental role supports store teams and leadership in achieving operational excellence, with a career pathway toward dual store management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, hospitality, operations, or a related environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to coach, influence, and support team members without direct supervisory authority
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to support multiple store locations as needed
