Job Summary
Support regional operations through workflow improvement, training, and process optimization while reviewing documentation for insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy. Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate patient and authorization data, then analyze workflows to identify errors and implement solutions. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, and assist with onboarding and cross-functional support. Safely operate company vehicles for equipment delivery, deliver and educate patients on home medical equipment, and perform patient assessments. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA, PPE, and infection control standards while meeting quality and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's degree in relatable field, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- One (1) year of relatable work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in management, administrative, clerical, insurance, billing, claims, call center, or customer service
- Experience within a healthcare organization, pharmacy, HME, medical supply, or Medicare-certified environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
- Comfort learning new technologies and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and directives
