Job Summary
Operations Specialist role in Windsor, ON with Bird focused on keeping the micromobility fleet moving. Responsibilities include safely driving, loading/unloading scooters, deploying and relocating scooters to optimize demand, basic field maintenance and diagnostics on scooters and e-bikes, using internal apps and smartphones, supporting warehouse tasks and fleet staging, participating in product testing and feature rollouts, and maintaining clear team communication to ensure safe, on-time rides and reduced emissions.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of two years of driving experience
- Age 21+ years old
- Proficiency in English and comfort using smartphone applications while on the move
- Ability to lift and transport objects up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
