Operations Specialist, Driver Early-Life Engagement

Operations Specialist for Driver Early-Life Engagement to optimize the driver journey from registration through the first 30 days on Bolt. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring KPIs for registration, activation, retention, and initiative performance; designing and optimizing processes and tools to improve efficiency and visibility; collaborating cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and scale successful initiatives across markets; improving activation speed, conversion rates, and engagement during the critical first 30 days; and working with Central Ops and local teams to replicate best practices. Requires strong analytics, project management, and stakeholder management skills, plus fluency in French and English. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Paris office.
