Job Summary
Operations Specialist- Data Center role focused on implementing the right processes and practices across the organization. Responsibilities include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials, planning inventory, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, enhancing customer service, overseeing budgets and forecasts, conducting quality controls and KPI monitoring, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project continuity. Requires 3+ years of operations/management experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and preference for telecommunications industry knowledge. Strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required
- Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
