Job Summary
Review and compile program deliverable and status reports for multi-million dollar Air Force and government contracts. Process and track employee travel requests, approve expense reports for accuracy, and manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities. Maintain accurate employee data, equipment supply records, and meeting minutes while ensuring timely delivery of contract tasks and suspense tracking. Act as the local liaison between employees, task leads, business partners, and government clients, assisting in business meetings and events. After hours work and some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in Time keeping tools (Deltek, Costpoint)
- Experience in Travel and Expense Management software (SAP, Concur)
- Strong understanding of international travel requirements
- Experience managing travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines, to support accurate, policy-compliant travel planning and reimbursement standards
- Records Management skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to take accurate and detailed meeting minutes
- After hours work and some travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of DOD, USAF and government contracts preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management principles preferred
