Job Summary
Coordinate with account owners to define SOPs covering routing, carriers, rates, and special handling instructions. Arrange bookings with carriers, secure confirmations, and manage EDI releases while coordinating with local suppliers for cargo collection and customs documentation. Follow up with trucking companies or warehouses for pickups and receipts, confirm customs release with brokers, and trace shipments on board. Ensure complete and accurate data entry in the operations system. Maintain timely, efficient email communication with overseas colleagues and local suppliers while managing daily tasks under pressure and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skill with both overseas colleagues and local suppliers
- Good email manner, which shall be timely and efficiently
- Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency
