Job Summary

Lead cross-office coordination efforts and daily operations, including active management of taskers and multifaceted logistics. Oversee file, records, and knowledge management systems to ensure organizational efficiency and data integrity. Act as the primary administrative lead for the 241 lead and designated staff by preparing presentation materials, compiling research, and managing special projects. Manage complex travel arrangements and logistics to support program leadership activities. Proactively identify emerging office needs and provide rapid-response analytical support as priorities evolve. Requires a minimum of five years of related professional experience with a current active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • demonstrated capability in intra- and inter-agency coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Current and active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Strong writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Superior attention to detail

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with SharePoint
  • demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital systems and platforms

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within government environments (e.g., DOD, DOE) or the military
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NNSA programs and policies
  • Interest in nuclear nonproliferation policies and issues
