Job Summary
Operations Specialist focusing on client reporting within AVP-level responsibilities. Responsibilities include recording, feasibility check, analysis, and implementation of new reporting requirements; support and representation of the Client Reporting department in projects; collaboration with front office for development of new/updated reports; handling inquiries from clients and internal departments; data analysis for feasibility studies and functional specifications; build and maintain relationships with internal clients as the point of contact; maintain and enhance VBA solutions while migrating eligible functionality to Python; develop Python automation to improve client reporting efficiency and data accuracy; design and implement Python-based automation for generating monthly and quarterly investment strategy and market reports in PowerPoint; strong Excel VBA, Access, Python, and SQL skills required; experience in investment reporting/finance and familiarity with tools like Aladdin/Bloomberg is advantageous; strong communication, time management, and stakeholder handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel VBA and Access
