Job Summary
Operations Specialist responsibilities include acting as Executive Director in vacant senior living communities, overseeing overall management, staff, financials, and resident well-being; reporting to Regional VP of Operations and collaborating with regional teams to identify challenges and implement solutions; assisting in recruitment/retention and development of a positive team environment; supporting marketing, outreach, resident admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures; conducting performance reviews; assessing training needs and delivering training; assisting with budget reconciliation; resolving resident/family concerns; coordinating with healthcare management on service plan reviews, maintaining resident charts, and reviewing care staff documentation. Required certifications and experience include Texas Assisted Living Managers Certification and two years of ED experience in assisted living or memory care, along with strong operations/financial aptitude, leadership ability, and a valid driver license. Travel readiness is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Must have strong operations and financial aptitude
- Prefer strong leader with team-oriented approach and ability to motivate and train staff
- Must have a valid driver license. Must be licensed according to state requirements.
- Position is 100% travel, must be able to travel significantly
