Job Summary
Operate grain handling and elevator processes at the Ada, MN location, including loading/unloading trucks, grading grain, routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. Work around the elevator, sample as needed, manage inventory quality, and ensure safety and compliance. Responsibilities include operating machinery (loaders, conveyors, tractors, track mobiles, forklift), maintaining equipment, recording maintenance activities, and performing housekeeping and warehouse duties to support smooth facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- High School diploma or GED preferred
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Forklift operation experience
- Agriculture experience preferred
