Lead and oversee teller line operations within Camden National Bank's retail banking center; ensure compliant operations, process deposits and cash transactions, issue withdrawals, record deposits, manage vault responsibilities, and provide friendly, accurate financial services to customers; supervise and assist tellers with operational duties; promote cross-training, timely service, and a strong customer relationship mindset to support community banking goals.
