Operations Specialist

Manage quotations for forklifts and chargers, oversee inventory for related vehicle delivery materials, and address sales team inquiries regarding order specifications and lead times. Process and handle forklift and charger orders, coordinate delivery and fulfillment, and maintain updated product one-pagers and spec sheets. Track new product development progress, prepare vehicle nameplates, and reconcile order data with the Finance team. Process inbound and outbound transactions in the SAP system. Handle additional tasks as directed by management. Fluently use Chinese and English as working languages.
