Job Summary
Monitor 3PL performance, track KPIs, and follow up on operational issues while identifying deviations to drive corrective actions. Analyze operational data to spot trends and improvement opportunities, then support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and structured problem-solving efforts. Process adherence to SOPs and quality standards requires identifying gaps and optimizing material flow across warehouses, factories, and logistics networks. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and maintain reporting dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Report to the CSCM Warehouse & Performance Lead with 10–20% travel; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience with SAP/WMS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Structured and process-driven mindset
- Collaborative and reliable
- Travel: 10–20%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data tools (Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
