Job Summary
Operations Specialist responsible for exports processing and shipment integrity within World Courier. Coordinate inbound shipments with Dispatch, verify shipment documentation, prepare master airway bills for domestic and international shipments, assemble ready-for-use packaging, book carrier shipments, manage cold chain across temperature ranges, file SEDs for regulated exports, create shipment documentation, and ensure timely adherence to WorldStar instructions. Requires proficiency with WorldCourier systems and MS Office, knowledge of international airlines, rates, and service restrictions, and a focus on operational efficiency and accuracy in shipment processing. Comfortable with a team-oriented role and maintaining professional demeanor in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with exports helpful
- Experience in dispatch helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WorldSTAR systems
- Full understanding of Cold Chain Management
