Job Summary
In-office Operations Specialist role in Conway, AR with hybrid work options. Responsible for data entry into multiple systems, answering calls and emails, policy issuance and underwriting binds, filing with state/federal requirements, processing endorsements, handling DMV-related tasks, gathering driver information for underwriting, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation across multiple platforms. Requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask across several systems, and effective written and verbal communication to support agency partners in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a commercial CSR for a commercial lines insurance agency or 2 years’ experience as a underwriting assistant at an MGA or Insurance Company
- Precise and exceptional attention to detail, with an innate capacity for organization
- Ability to multi-task and work within several systems at once, while prioritizing important and pressing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work in a customer service and driven environment
