Job Summary
Operations Specialist supports regional operations through workflow improvement, training, and process optimization; reviews and processes documentation including insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy; navigates EMR systems to enter and track data; analyzes workflows to identify errors and implement solutions; collaborates with teams to resolve issues; maintains HIPAA/compliance knowledge; assists with training materials and onboarding; participates in projects to refine processes and achieve quality and performance metrics; delivers and educates patients on home medical equipment as needed; performs patient assessments and follow-ups; operates company vehicles for equipment delivery; adheres to HIPAA, PPE, and infection-control standards; works independently following established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate’s degree in relatable field, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent work experience required
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- One (1) year of relatable work experience required
