Job Summary
Operations Specialist - Driving role focused on supporting regional operations through workflow improvement, training, and process optimization. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing documentation (insurance verification, authorizations, order accuracy), navigating EMR systems to enter and track patient and authorization data, analyzing workflows to identify errors and implement efficiency improvements, collaborating with teams and leadership, maintaining knowledge of payer guidelines and HIPAA/compliance, assisting with training materials and onboarding, participating in projects to refine processes and enhance performance, meeting quality and performance metrics while managing multiple priorities, delivering and educating patients on home medical equipment as needed, performing patient assessments and follow-ups to support care and compliance, and safely operating company vehicles for equipment delivery. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate’s degree in relatable field (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent work experience)
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- One (1) year of relatable work experience
