Job Summary
Operations Shift Lead responsible for guiding non-routine tasks within the Manufacturing Operations unit, acting as first point of escalation, leading daily Gemba activities, ensuring GMP adherence, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and driving continuous improvement. The role emphasizes training ownership, data-driven decision making, process optimization, safety, quality, and collaboration across departments to maximize performance from the Leiden manufacturing operations. The candidate should demonstrate leadership, change management, and the ability to work on a shift roster while upholding Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Code of Business Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant HBO degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or a nonrelevant HBO degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
- Dutch A2 and English B2 language levels are required.
- Intermediate MS Office, specialist data analysis, and specialist business applications proficiency.
