Job Summary
Maintain internal records, work orders, and reports for Gas/Electric Assets while updating various systems including TED, Compliance Data Base, and UPS. Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by performing administrative activities and assisting with state and regulatory filings. Manage office equipment, order supplies, and ensure timely delivery of information. Identify process improvements to maximize departmental efficiency and complete special assignments affecting service quality. Monitor departmental controls, risk assessment, and critical control activities. Maintain confidentiality of all tasks and project a professional approach. Requires 2-3 years of similar office/utility experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for system emergencies or irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of similar office/utility experience
- Working knowledge of Company Safety rules, Company Policies and the Company's Tariff for Electric/Gas
- Possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license based on the requirements of the State where the employee resides
- Must be available for duties during times of system emergencies
- May require working other than the regularly scheduled hours
