Job Summary
Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies, safekeeping funds, and asset protection procedures. Manage overall operations and receiving SOPS, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks to maintain inventory accuracy. Coach and train Cashiers, Customer Service Supervisors, and Receiving team members while acting as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth customer flow and professional standards. Provide guidance to supervisors on customer service expectations and support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and succession planning. Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
- Travel may be required from time to time
