Job Summary
Operations/Service Manager II at Burlington leads Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure smooth store operations, manages policies and asset protection, oversees the receiving process and inventory accuracy, acts as Manager on Duty, and collaborates with District/Regional teams. The role includes coaching, training and developing Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors and Receiving teams, driving business results, and supporting staffing, interviewing, and succession planning. Requires 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience and a flexible schedule, with proficiency in scheduling/reporting software and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; travel may be required. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $26.65 per hour; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, sick time, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
- Travel may be required from time to time
