Job Summary
Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping procedures. Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs; oversee the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks) and partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy. Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD); set the leadership example for customers, associates, and drive results. Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning. Communicate with District and Regional Management. Requires 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience and ability to work a flexible schedule; lifting up to 40 lbs; travel may be required. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization
