Operations Security Supervisor

Supervises a team of security personnel (15-20 guards) and oversees daily security operations including patrols of buildings/grounds, inspections of doors/windows/gates, and logging of activity. Responsible for auditing contractual security requirements, reporting to the Security Director, and maintaining communication with Building Management. Creates written reports on deficiencies, conducts daily post inspections, interviews director-level management to ensure performance to standards, and enforces security procedures and compliance across the site. Key duties include logging and reviewing DVR video recordings, coordinating emergency repairs and communications, performing weekly/monthly audits, and managing vehicle/pedestrian traffic at the plant entrance. Requires high school education and 1+ year supervisory experience; 2-5 years related experience or training acceptable. Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 with potential overtime; benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision and 401k, with equal opportunity employer commitments.
