Job Summary
Process video surveillance review requests from the RAA, authorized tenants, or law enforcement. Perform vehicular escorts on runways as required under the Authority's Emergency Response Plan. Maintain security operations by adhering to RAA Manuals, including the Apron Management Plan, Airport Traffic Directives, and Emergency Manual. Fill in the RAS Manager role when needed. This As Needed position supports safety in a fast-paced aviation environment with flexible availability for rotating shifts. First Aid and CPR Level C certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License
- Certified as a RAS Trainer
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance / RAIC
- Strong communication and conflict-management skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
- Valid Security License
- Trained in the higher level as prescribed by the RAA
- Certified with Ambassador, Guard Position (Curbside, Mobile Patrol Officer and SOC Operator)
- Ability to fill in the RAS Manager role when needed
- Well-versed at RAA Manuals, including Apron Management Plan, Airport Traffic Directives and Emergency Manual
Desired Qualifications
- Previous airport, aviation, or high-security experience is an asset
