Job Summary
As a key member of Tandem’s Operations team, you will be responsible for execution, performance, and continuous improvement of core operational functions, including ownership of metrics related to throughput, quality, and reliability. You will lead and develop a frontline team, design and improve processes, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with engineering to implement automation and ensure exceptional service delivery to patients and providers.
Required Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or another analytical, outcome-oriented environment
- Proven track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvement across operational functions
- A bias for action: you move fast, simplify complexity, and find leverage through systems and tools
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building or managing high-performing teams and scaling workflows
- Strong analytical and technical fluency
- Comfort working with data; bonus for SQL, automation tools, or AI-driven systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
