Operations Risk & Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Audit financial transactions, invoicing, and billing in partnership with the Operations Team to ensure accuracy and compliance with client guidelines. Compile and review reporting to identify and resolve areas of financial risk, including High/Low, COD, and credit reports, while communicating findings to Operations Leadership. Audit specialized client processes and payment requests related to capped moves, real estate, TEQ payments, and AMEX reconciliations. Maintain client-specific audit and billing processes and system updates to ensure policy adherence. Support the credit process to ensure credits are obtained and accurately recorded. This role supports Aires' award-winning technology platform and high-growth environment in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- GED/High School diploma
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of Mobility Consulting experience
- 1-2 years of Audit/Accounting experience
- Hybrid work environment
- Candidate must be based in Pittsburgh
