Job Summary
Operations Research and Systems Analysis Advisor for Space Force-focused initiatives. Leads design, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations; leverages advanced ORSA tools; briefs senior military leaders on complex topics; interfaces with Combatant Commands, Field Commands, Joint Staff, and external organizations; supports general staff functions including travel planning for senior leaders. Requires TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and willingness to travel up to 25%. The role aligns with Booz Allen’s objective to identify advanced tools to expedite military outcomes and reduce staff burden; remote/onsite/hybrid work models may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a 15A, FA49, or GS 1515
- Experience leveraging advanced ORSA tools, including their strengths, weaknesses, and situational applicability
- Experience formally briefing senior military leaders on complex topics
- Experience interfacing with external organizations including Combatant Commands, Field Commands or Major Commands, and the Joint Staff
- Experience leveraging the DoW’s Task Management Tool (TMT)
- Ability to support general staff functions, including travel planning for senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree
- Clearance: TS/SCI required
