Job Summary
Facilitate requirements gathering by coordinating technical exchange meetings with Services, Combat Support Agencies, systems engineers, and data modelers. Provide technical direction in national and tactical cryptologic capabilities and deliver comprehensive definition and documentation updates for deliverables. Coordinate with analysts and managers within the Unified Cryptologic System to verify operational requirements, advocate for interoperability, commonality, modernization, and integration with the US SIGINT System. Support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community at a customer location. Requires TS/SCI clearance, frequent travel, and 1880 hours of support per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research)
- ten (10) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- High School Diploma or GED
- fourteen (14) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- at least five (5) years of demonstrated experiences in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record
- at least five (5) years of demonstrated experiences in Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities
- DNI and USD(I&S) strategies and policies
- thorough understanding of US Armed Forces tactical SIGINT operations
