Job Summary
Operations Requirements Analyst (Level 3) at BCT LLC. Responsibilities include facilitating and documenting requirements by coordinating technical exchanges with Services, CSAs, systems engineers, data modelers, and other requirements-team members; providing technical direction for national and tactical cryptologic capabilities; updating deliverables; verifying operational requirements with the Unified Cryptologic System; gathering updated standards information; participating in national/tactical SIGINT forums; collecting programmatic information to identify future assessments; and capturing Tactical Compliance Verification lessons learned through briefings and discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity, including at least five (5) years in the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research) from an accredited college or university.
- Active TS/SCI with POLY is required.
