Operations Representative- Team Mexico

Coordinate shipments, negotiate with carriers and shippers, and manage shipping documentation to ensure on-time deliveries across North America. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Monitor shipment status and maintain constant communication with both customers and carriers. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, minimum one year of logistics experience, and customer service or sales background. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with alternating weekends.
