Job Summary
Manage daily transport operations for a key customer account, acting as the operational link between customers, carriers, and internal teams. Coordinate communication to ensure smooth execution, align with partners on capacity and planning, and offer loads to secure the best operational solutions. Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and transit times, investigate root causes of disruptions, and implement improvements to enhance performance. Support commercial carrier management by identifying additional opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role combines customer focus, operational coordination, and carrier management within a fast-paced logistics environment.
