Job Summary
Coordinate and support training and development activities by assisting the depot contracts manager, assistant operations manager, controllers, and engineers. Update EP Morris records accurately, build relationships with depot management, and plan driver schedules while allocating resources effectively. Take meeting minutes, cover driver duties and sickness, and handle vehicle breakdowns and troubleshooting. Manage emergency road closures, diversions, and accident reports while communicating with customers and ensuring legal compliance for driving hours. This role requires a PSV licence and involves a mix of bus driving and operations control at the Guernsey depot.

- Previous experience working in a public transport control team
