Job Summary

Own end-to-end operational readiness for 3–6 concurrent Long Range Platform site launches across Nigeria, from planning through first flight and early stabilization. Define go/no-go criteria and enforce acceptance standards for safety, staffing, training, infrastructure, and equipment before authorizing launches. Maintain integrated program plans, report against launch KPIs, and lead cross-functional cadences to resolve conflicts with country leadership. Validate readiness via field verification, confirm team competency, and coordinate regulatory approvals. Lead post-launch reviews, analyze root causes, and update standards to improve time-to-service and reliability. Requires 5+ years in program management or field operations; willing to travel 20–30% throughout Nigeria and work irregular hours during critical milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years program management, field operations, or deployment experience in technical, regulated, or aviation-adjacent environments
  • direct site launch or activation experience
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder launches or rollouts across field sites with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to define go/no-go criteria, write acceptance tests, and enforce KPIs under schedule pressure
  • Clear escalation judgment and stakeholder management
  • Able to operate in high-intensity field conditions
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Nigeria ~20–30% typically, with higher intensity during launch windows
  • Fluency in English
  • authorization to work in Nigeria
