Job Summary
Operations Project Manager-led role focused on electrical power equipment projects (Switchgear and Busway) from quote through design, manufacturing, and delivery. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure on-schedule, within-scope delivery per customer specifications and safety/Vertiv quality requirements. Key duties include leading development and review of engineering drawings, BOMs, technical documentation, and test procedures; coordinating internal teams and external vendors for sourcing and outsourced services; supporting material planning and procurement to meet schedules; facilitating design reviews and production-readiness meetings; tracking schedules, risks, and deliverables with mitigation plans; ensuring document control on Vertiv and customer platforms; supporting factory testing, inspections, and quality checks for Switchgear and Busway assemblies; and ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and Vertiv policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
