Operations Project Manager (Logistics & Production)

Job Summary
Define, implement, and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production teams, ensuring execution and follow-up of key initiatives. Track operational performance through KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency in transportation, storage, and vehicle production activities. Support the management and growth of the in-house transportation network while coordinating capacity planning to support business scalability. Prepare regular reports and business updates for local management and HQ stakeholders. Act as the key link between Logistics, Production, and HQ teams to align priorities and drive results. This role requires 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Operations, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or automation. Full-time hours are 9:00 to 18:00 with 22 vacation days plus birthday off, based in Madrid HQ with visits to the Seseña Production Center.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Strategy Consulting or fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Proactive, hands-on and ownership-driven mindset
Desired Qualifications
- SQL, automation or scripting knowledge is a plus
