Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned new products and programs, translating complex technical details into actionable plans for internal teams. Develop and document system specifications, KPIs, and training materials while managing detailed project plans that include scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget. Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and drive satisfaction through proactive issue management. Coordinate with cross-functional departments including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality to align resources and resolve conflicts. Manage program budgets, conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, and present operational reports to senior leadership. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead problem-solving efforts to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes
- Expert in functional discipline of Manufacturing Engineering and program management
- Proven track record in driving and implementing change within and between functional organizations
- Extremely strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering
- 6+ years with Master's / 8+ years with Bachelor's experience in program or project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
