Job Summary
Operations Project Manager III at Jabil leads strategic initiatives for defined customers, builds cross-functional teams, manages project schedules and KPIs, interfaces with customers/vendors/stakeholders, oversees cost, schedule, quality, and scope, and drives continuous improvement across enterprise-level projects. Requires collaboration from requirements gathering through product acceptance, ability to translate requirements into actionable plans, leadership to align teams with customer goals, and strong problem-solving and communication to deliver project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management or Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years work-related experience required in a supervisory/management role
- Minimum 2 years project management experience or related discipline
- PMP certification desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Engineering, Test, Quality, Planning, Materials)
- Customer interface experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
