Operations Project Manager II

Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept to launch by defining goals, developing SOWs, business proposals, and detailed implementation plans. Manage multi-functional teams to ensure success within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints while conducting risk reviews and mitigating issues. Facilitate communication across all stakeholders, escalate concerns to senior management as needed, and drive continuous improvement in operational metrics. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to define roadmaps, track changes, and prepare proposals that close gaps. Provide regular updates to leadership and mentor team members to achieve company strategic objectives.
