Responsibilities include planning, execution, monitoring initiatives like client implementations and process re-engineering, optimizing workflows to enhance cash flow, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using data analytics tools. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over 5 years of experience in project management, and a strong familiarity with PM and data analytics tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with measurable financial outcomes
- Advanced experience with PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Strong familiarity with data analytics tools like PowerBI or Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices or similar methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
